There is a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms in northern
Washoe County and NE California. After today we start a warming and
drying trend. By Friday and Saturday, the combination of low humidities
and increasing west winds will generate a period of elevated to
critical fire weather conditions.

expected into next week. We will also start a warming trend,
with seasonal temperatures returning to the area. In addition,
