Mona Passage Southward to 17N...
Coastal Waters of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* At 441 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over the coastal waters of western Puerto
  Rico, moving west at 15 knots. Additional thunderstorms could
  develop during the next few hours across these waters and the Mona
  Passage.

Locations impacted include...
Mainly open waters of Mona Passage Southward to 17N, Coastal Waters
of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Coastal Waters of
Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
