EVENING...

* AFFECTED AREA...Interior Humboldt County, Trinity County, and
  southwestern Siskiyou County.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Isolated dry thunderstorms possible through this
  afternoon. Confidence is low.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusty and erratic outflow winds of up to 30
  mph is possible.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
