* Until 215 AM CDT.

* At 1242 AM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms was located 33 nm
  southeast of Pilottown, moving south at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The cluster of severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly open
  waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Strong winds will be dangerous for boaters or anyone near the water.
