  Island Sound, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Gardiners Bay and Gardiners Island around 1020 PM EDT.
  Napeague Bay around 1025 PM EDT.
  Western Block Island Sound and Montauk Point around 1035 PM EDT.
