...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 AM CDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA
out 20 NM...
Waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA from 20
to 60 NM...

At 619 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Eugene Island
184, or 32 nm southwest of Point Au Fer Island, moving east at 40
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

Locations impacted include...
Eugene Island 184, Eugene Island 142, Eugene Island 189, and Eugene
Island 182.
