...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  West Fork San Jacinto near Conroe affecting Montgomery County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHERE...West Fork San Jacinto near Conroe.

* WHEN...Until late this morning.

* IMPACTS...At 115.8 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 115.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 113.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 100.2 feet
    Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 115.8 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    115.5 feet on 06/14/1981.
