Fire Weather Planning Forecast for East Tennessee...Southwest
Virginia...and Extreme Southwest North Carolina
National Weather Service Morristown TN
304 PM EDT Fri May 10 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Cooler and less humid conditions are expected from this afternoon
through the weekend. Expect to see some isolated to scattered
showers across mainly the northern half of the forecast area this
afternoon and again Saturday afternoon. However, coverage will be
limited so dry conditions are expected for most areas. Dry weather
rounds out the weekend before more widespread rain chances return
early next week.
