.DISCUSSION...

Dry and warm weather will prevail this afternoon with min RH
values around 35% for areas along and west of I-95. A backdoor
drops across the region on Friday leading to slightly higher afternoon
min RH values (~40% inland, ~50-60% along the coast) and an
increasing onshore wind. Rain chances increase Saturday with the next front.
