Sunday, southerly winds shift southwest early afternoon. Wind speeds
will likely increase Sunday afternoon and evening gusting up to 30-40 mph.
Humidities continue above 25 percent through the entire forecast period.
Smoke dispersal improves Sunday afternoon from good to excellent.
