.DISCUSSION...Quiet conditions are expected tonight with the
variable/gusty winds diminishing after sunset. Humidity should
recover to 60-70 percent tonight as a cool front arrives
overnight. Cooler weather will prevail tomorrow with forecast
highs near 60 degrees. Increasing moisture through the afternoon
will likely keep relative humidity values near or above 30 percent
through the day Tuesday. Some guidance hints at slightly drier
conditions but the chances of this occurring are fairly low (less
than 25%). A few weak showers will also be possible Tuesday
afternoon and evening but wetting rain is not anticipated.
Warmer and drier weather will return for Wednesday and continue
into Thursday. Daytime humidity values will likely fall to near 20
percent both days with generally light winds. Smoke dispersal
should fall into the fair to good range for at least a few hours
during the afternoon. An isolated shower or thunderstorm is
possible Wednesday, with increased coverage on Thursday.
