.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure offshore is
producing a summer-like pattern early this week. North winds will
pick up this afternoon producing steep seas in all coastal waters.
Seas this week will be dominated by steep short period northerly wind
waves and a series of mid-to- long period NW swells until Thursday
when a low pressure system approaches from the northwest.
