This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Very high grassland fire danger is likely across the entire area on
Thursday. Extreme to catastrophic grassland fire danger is forecast
on Friday afternoon and early evening. Once again outdoor burning
should be avoided.

There are small chances of storms Thursday night over mainly
southeast Kansas. Thunderstorms will be possible again for southeast
and central Kansas Sunday night. Severe weather is not expected with
any of this activity.

Very high grassland fire danger is also forecast for most locations
on Monday afternoon.


Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.
