Pockets of areal flooding and river flooding are ongoing over
southeast Kansas, especially along the Neosho and Verdigris Rivers.

Periodic thunderstorm chances will remain in the forecast for
Thursday through the weekend. Strong to severe thunderstorms are
possible, along with additional heavy rainfall and localized
