NORTHERN MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN WOODSON AND ALLEN COUNTIES THROUGH
200 AM CDT...

At 1243 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles north of Elk City to near Cherryvale to
9 miles south of Mound Valley to near Edna to 12 miles west of Welch.
Movement was northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Parsons, Chanute, Iola, Neodesha, Fredonia, Cherryvale, Humboldt,
Oswego, Erie, Chetopa, Altamont, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Moran,
Thayer, Edna, Altoona, Mound Valley, and Buffalo.
