.SYNOPSIS...

A stalled front will pick up speed and push across the region
through Sunday. A surge on northerly winds behind the front will
elevate seas and may require a Small Craft Advisory Sunday night
through Monday, primarily for strong winds. Scattered
thunderstorms are expected with the frontal passage Sunday
afternoon and evening. Winds will decrease and turn onshore
Tuesday and Wednesday as high pressure then builds across area
waters once again. Another cool front will pass through the waters
during the middle to latter part of next week with onshore winds
returning by next weekend.
