.DISCUSSION...Light winds early this morning will turn southerly at
near 10 mph by mid-day.  RH values will fall to between 30 and 35
percent this afternoon. Tonight will see winds turn light and variable
and RH values will climb to near 100 percent. Conditions look
favorable for some patchy fog to devleop near sunrise between 6 AM and
8 AM tomorrow morning. Tomorrow will see lighter and more variable
winds through the day, and minimum RH values will be higher at 45 to 50
percent.
