.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to strong onshore to westerly flow this
morning becomes predominately offshore by late afternoon into
tonight. Winds will likely remain gusting to near gale force
through this evening before quickly dropping off as we head into
tonight. Winds and seas will diminish by the weekend as high
pressure moves over the area.
