.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to strong onshore flow will reorganize over
area waters in the wake of a passing system. Winds remain near
gale force through early Thursday afternoon over open Gulf waters.
Winds will ease and seas will subside by the weekend as high
pressure moves over the area.
