.Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including
the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank National
Marine Sanctuaries...

High pressure over the Eastern Pacific Ocean will dominate the
forecast through Thursday, allowing for fair weather and fresh
northerly breezes to prevail over the coastal waters. A new, long
period northwesterly swell train will arrive in the waters this
afternoon alongside abating moderate period northwesterly swell.
Come Friday, a deep upper-level low will bring renewed chances for
rain, gusty winds, and hazardous seas to the coastal waters
through the weekend.
