.DISCUSSION...Dry weather is expected through Friday afternoon when
low pressure will move south of the area and rain will develop, which
will continue through Friday night and into Saturday.  Snow levels will
decrease on Saturday, that rain will mix with snow on Saturday with less
than an inch accumulation expected at this time.

Wetting rain is expected by Friday night.  Min RH values will be in
the 30s on Friday and much higher on Saturday due to precipitation, with
excellent recovery Friday night.  Winds, while not strong will be shifting
around.

Slight chance of
                    rain late in the afternoon. Rain likely late in
                    the afternoon.
Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (25-35 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Rain becoming
                    likely by late afternoon.
CWR.................0 percent increasing to 70 percent late in the
                    afternoon.
