.DISCUSSION...Onshore flow will gradually weaken today, with
clouds giving way to mix of sun and clouds today. Can not rule a
passing light shower this morning, but it more likely to stay dry.
High pressure builds later today through Wednesday, but pressure
gradients turn more northerly on Wednesday, with bit more in way
of northerly winds for Wednesday.
