.SYNOPSIS...Adverse marine conditions are expected along the Lower
Texas Coast due to the passage of a cold front and an enhanced
pressure gradient afterwards. Small Craft Exercise Caution is
likely from today through early next week. Improved winds and seas
are anticipated beginning around the middle of next week.
