Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Adverse marine conditions expected again tonight along
the lower Texas coastline. As a cold front nears the region late
Wednesday, Small Craft Advisories will be needed later tonight
through at least early Thursday. Conditions will improve behind
the cold front late Thursday and appear to be rather tranquil
through the weekend as high pressure builds into the region.
