.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds will diminish through the day as surface high pressure
builds into the area. Onshore winds will resume this weekend as
high pressure moves off to the east. Light winds and low seas will
persist over the weekend, but should be increasing early next
week.
