Thermal low pressure over the northern California will build
northward into western Oregon this weekend, which will bring a
summer-like north to northeasterly wind pattern through the
middle of next week.

temporarily build to near 9 ft during the ebbs around 1015 PM
Saturday and 1030 AM Sunday. Seas then temporarily build to
7 ft during the ebb around 1145 PM Sunday.
