...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 AM EDT this morning for portions
of central and south central Virginia, including the following areas
and independent cities, in central Virginia, Chesterfield, City of
Colonial Heights, City of Richmond and Henrico. In south central
Virginia, City of Hopewell, City of Petersburg and Prince George.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
