...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM MDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BOULDER COUNTY...

At 342 PM MDT, a thunderstorm producing heavy rain was located near
Boulder, moving northeast at 15 mph.  Gages in south Boulder have
reported 1.5 inches of rain in the last 45-60 minutes.  Localized
flooding continues to be possible and trained spotters have reported
standing water across south and southeast Boulder. An additional 1/4
to 1/3 of an inch is possible across east Boulder.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, Superior, Eldorado Springs and
Niwot.
