.DISCUSSION...
High clouds will increase steadily today as a slow-moving system over
the Central Plains states slowly moves into the Tennessee Valley by
Sunday night. This system will bring some rain chances mainly into
southern and western Kentucky during the day Sunday.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (15-25 percent). Areas of frost early in
                    the morning.
Temperature.........47 at ignition...Max 67.
RH..................59 percent at ignition...Min 28 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds southeast at 3 mph at
                    ignition...otherwise Light winds becoming east
                    5 to 7 mph early in the morning, then becoming
                    light early in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......1500 ft AGL at ignition...otherwise 100-1500 ft
                    AGL increasing to 4300-5000 ft AGL.
