Isolated showers and thunderstorms continue to form and dissipate
rapidly along a sea breeze front moving east to west over Hidalgo
county. The storms are tracking south and west at around 15 mph
and will produce brief moderate to heavy rain, an occasional gust
of wind and some lightning. An isolated thunderstorm may develop
over Eastern Starr before 6 pm as the sea breeze continues to
track west. Rainfall amounts of less than one half inch is
expected.
