Fog, with visibilities down to 1/2 mile,  will linger in the
valleys of northeast Washington and north Idaho through 9:00 AM.
Areas of concern are along Highway 95 between Porthill and
Elmira, highways 95 and 2 between Eastport and Libby and along
highways 31 and 2 between Metaline Falls and Usk. Travelers
should be prepared for rapidly changing conditions during the
morning commute.
