.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure centered about
90 nm SW of Pigeon Point drifts SE and dissipates this evening.
High pressure builds E into the waters later tonight, shifts more
to the S portions Thu, then retreats W of the area Thu night. A
cold front moves across the N portions later tonight into Thu,
crosses the central and S portions Thu night and Fri, and then
clears well S of the area by Fri night. High pressure rebuilds E
behind the cold front Fri into Sat, then weakens Sat night.
Another cold front moves into the N portion Sat night, then
slowly crosses the remainder of the waters Sun through Mon night.
Behind this cold front, stronger high pressure again builds E
into the waters.
