...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN MCKENZIE
AND SOUTHWESTERN WILLIAMS COUNTIES UNTIL 1215 AM CDT/1115 PM MDT/...

At 1109 PM CDT/1009 PM MDT/, radar indicated strong thunderstorms
were located along a line extending from 5 miles northeast of East
Fairview to 5 miles south of Alexander. Movement was north at 30 mph.

Winds gusts to 40 mph and penny size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Williston, Alexander, Fort Union Trading Post, Trenton, Cartwright,
Fort Buford State Historical Site, Charbonneau and Fort Union.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
