Minor coastal flooding is possible with the overnight high tide.

Widespread heavy rainfall averaging up to 2 to 4 inches may lead to
minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas later today and
overnight.

Strong and high surf with large breaking waves likely at the beaches
later today and overnight. Significant beach erosion is possible.
