high tide which occurs around 3 AM at the beaches.

From Monday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon, heavy rainfall
ranging from 2 to 4 inches could lead to isolated flooding of low
lying areas.

High surf, strong rips and large breaking waves possible at the
beaches on Monday.
