* At 846 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Thimble
  Shoals, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island, The Hump, Latimer Shoal,
  Plantation Light, Cabbage Patch, Thimble Shoals, 4th Island Bay
  Bridge, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, and Cape Charles Harbor.
