...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Catoosa, northwestern Walker and northern Dade Counties through 930
PM EDT...

At 907 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Morganville, or near
Trenton, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...40 to 50 mph wind, nickel sized hail and frequent cloud to
         ground lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ringgold, Trenton, Fort Oglethorpe, Rossville, Chickamauga, Lookout
Mountain, Chattanooga Valley, Lakeview, Indian Springs, Graysville,
Cole City, Wildwood, Fairview, Stephensville, Boynton, Chattanooga
Valley, New England, Morganville, and Hooker.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for northwestern
Georgia.
