...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN POWELL...MONTGOMERY
AND BATH COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM EDT...

At 1211 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Winchester, or 12 miles east of Lexington, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Sterling, Stanton, Owingsville, Marshall, Jeffersonville,
Camargo, Clay City, Sharpsburg, Clay Lick, Levee, Wyoming, Peasticks,
Olympia Springs, Flat Creek, Odessa, Bourbon Furnace, Virden,
Prewitt, Crooks, and Westbend.
