.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure across the area will pull an
associated cold front E early today. The low will intensify over
the outer portion of the waters later today into tonight, with
the strong low passing E and NE of the region Tue into Tue
night. All mariners should monitor the latest forecast and
progress of this strengthening low, and execute avoidance plans
as necessary. Thunderstorms are likely near the front and low
today. Gusty winds and rough seas are possible in these
thunderstorms and mariners should use caution. High pressure
will build SE to the coast Tue, slowly move E across the area
Tue night and Wed, and then will shift E of the waters Wed
night. The high will maintain a ridge across the waters through
Fri night while a cold front approaches and then stalls N of the
waters.
