.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has stalled S of the area and will
become stationary today. Another weak cold front will move
offshore today, and then stall and dissipate across the waters
tonight. High pressure will prevail late tonight into Mon, then
shift E of the area Mon night into Tue night ahead of the next
approaching cold front. The cold front will move across the
waters Wed through Thu night while the associated broad low
pressure area drifts eastward to the N of the waters.
