New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
waters will continue tonight, then slowly shift E of the region
Fri into Fri night. Low pressure S of the area will slowly drift
E and SE tonight into Fri. The low will then move E and NE while
weakening Fri night into Sat. A cold front will move SE across
the waters Sat into Sat night. High pressure will build S of the
waters Sun and Sun night, then shift E of the region Mon and Mon
night. Another cold front will move over the waters Mon through
Tue as low pressure passes S of the area. High pressure will move
into the waters Tue night.
