offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build S and
SE into the region today, persist tonight through Sun, and then
shift E of the waters Sun night. A weak cold front will approach
the coast Sun night, then move offshore across the waters Mon and
Mon night. Weak high pressure will again build SE into the area
Tue and Tue night.
