.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure over the central
waters will move slowly SE and continue to weaken tonight then
dissipate on Sun as it moves towards the coast Sun into Sun
night. High pressure will build E towards the waters Mon through
through Thu, then into N and central portions of the area Thu
night. A weak cold front will move across the N and into the
central waters Tue and Tue night. A low pressure trough will
build along the N and central coast Mon night into Tue, persist
Tue night through Wed, before weakening Wed night.
