* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Smith and Wilson.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 858 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lebanon, Carthage, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet,
    Gordonsville, Belinda City, Rural Hill, South Carthage,
    Tuckers Crossroads, Dickerson Chapel Recreation Area,
    Pleasant Shade and Green Hill.
