.DISCUSSION...

Wind chills this morning are in the low to mid 20s, and are not
expected to rise above freezing until after 2pm this afternoon.
Winds will be southwesterly at 15 to 20 mph this morning, becoming
more westerly and northwesterly throughout the afternoon hours.
Snow showers and a few rumbles of thunder will be possible this
afternoon as well, though any new snow accumulations will be
light, generally less than 1 inch. Snow should come to an by
around 9pm this evening at the latest. Wind chills dip back into
the 20s again through the overnight hours tonight.
