...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Lawrence OH, Meigs,
  Morgan, Perry, Vinton, and Washington Counties. In West Virginia,
  Wood County.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
