...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN COFFEE COUNTY THROUGH
1045 PM CDT...

At 955 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dozier, or 13 miles south of Luverne, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elba, Fort Rucker, Lee, Pine Level, Java, Chestnut Grove, Mixons
Crossroads, Victoria, Frisco, Eanon, Lowry Mill, Wilkinstown, Zoar,
Camp Humming Hills, Newby, Wise Mill, Roeton, Clowers Crossroads,
Arcus, and Bluff Spring.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
