...GRADUAL DROUGHT IMPROVEMENT HAS CONTINUED OVER THE PAST MONTH,
INCLUDING REMOVAL OF EXTREME DROUGHT (D3)...

Although much of our coverage area still remains under Moderate
(D1) to Severe (D2) Drought, our entire coverage area recently
became void of any worst-off Extreme Drought (D3) for the first
time in eighteen months (since August 2022).
