.DISCUSSION...Breezy afternoon winds are expected across the area
today with gusty northerly-to-northwesterly winds returning to the
southern Great Basin on Tuesday before spreading south to Eastern
San Bernardino County and the Colorado River Valley on Wednesday.
Temperatures will fluctuate between a normal and a few degrees
below normal through Thursday, with temperatures warming back up
to above normal as we head into the weekend. Afternoon relative
humidity values will bottom out at or below 15 to 20% for valleys
and lower elevations, with mountains and higher elevations seeing
minimum RH values of 15 to 20% or greater. Dry conditions are
expected to persist through the end of the week.
