High pressure over central Nebraska this afternoon will bring south
to southeast winds to the northern Panhandle. These winds will be
quite gusty this afternoon with increasing mid and high clouds. Winds
expected to continue overnight and stay quite strong Friday as a low
pressure system moves into northern Colorado.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny then becoming partly cloudy.
