.DISCUSSION...

Minimal fire weather concerns today. Winds will be light starting
out of the east northeast this morning, then switching to more
easterly through the morning and southeasterly by late afternoon.
Relative humidities will also bottom out around 25 to 30 percent.
The morning inversion should erode by mid- day as well, becoming
fully mixed around 11 am to noon.
